His mission is to help topple the country's corrupt dictator, President Salvador Mendoza, who is suspected of stockpiling weapons of mass destruction. Teaming up with fellow agents, a guerrilla movement, and a rival drug cartel, Rico works to destabilize the regime, liberate the island's territories, and dismantle the mercenaries and criminal syndicates propping up Mendoza's rule.
